bad servive recieved

I reported a complaint last year 2023, today my complaint is not yet resolved.

I am charged by catrack for services they are not rendering to me since their unit is defective, there is no proof that I am the cause of the defect as per the recommendations of the Motor Industry Ombud (MIOSA).

The commission called me in June to ask if the matter has been resolved, and i said no. They called again in October 2024 to ask if the matter is been resolved and i still said no. They then said that they are escalating the matter for an investigation, to date the investigation has not taken place. . The service is very bad
