Bad service no help for consumers

I bought a vehicle from a garage in Springs after a month i have reported this garage to NCC, countless papers filled, 43 E mails later one year and two months after the complaint still no resolved issue still no outcome on what can be done to get ones money back or get proper goods for money spent on goods bought,Very sad that a consumer has no right ,One mail passed to the next person and that person does nt have the information from the previous person so the cycle continues all over again
