Amateur electrical service and disgusting attitude

Called my home insurance company and they sent Natchan Plumbing & Electrical to assist. The electrician arrived at my property and looked at my DB and said I must put larger circuit breakers, I asked why would they be suddenly overloaded now because I have never had this problem in the years I've had the property and no changes were made but he kept telling me the theory of load. I bought the breakers because I could tell that this guy won't be troubleshooting anything else he's done, he installed them and I woke up with the same problem again this morning. The breakers have tripped.

I called the company to ask them to bring me another electrician because I can't be buying parts for troubleshooting. That rude woman told me they had already spent the 1hour covered by insurance I need to log a new call with the insurance. When I told her I'll call insurance and ask for another company cause I don't have money to buy equipment for their electrician to troubleshoot the response was "unfortunately there's nothing we can do if you not happy with our service". I've never heard such even in a ****a shop.

That is pure disrespect.
