Incomplete and incorrect service and terrible office admin
I called Natchan to assess the solar geyser as it was making concerning noises. They sent 2 plumbers to do check this after the call out fee was paid as they wont come unless you do so. The plumbers checked the geyser and noted 2 issues (pressure valve and vacuum breakers) which were replaced. Nothing else was checked. 3 days later the noises were back. Upon phoning Natchan they indicated that you would have to pay another call out fee before the plumbers come out again. Their website and online advertising states that their staff are trained and will do the job right and unlike other plumbers will not cost additional money. This is clearly a lie. Also avoid Chantel in the office as she is all about the money and nothing else. She will never phone back and avoid your issue at all costs. Based on the other complaints other parties have also experienced the full brunt of her "service".

Never use Natchan Plumbing again
Natchan Plumbing fixed the elbow pipe underneath my Kitchen sink on 6 June 2026. It seems as if the clamp was stripped when they joined it. It gradually leaked bits of water which we've only noticed on the 20th. It's a cupboard that we put our spare products in, therefore we don't open it often. By the time we've realised it, 2 of the shelves were already damaged by the water. My insurance reached out to then on 22/6 whereafter they never came back to me. After I've spoken to the insurance again on Tuesday, Chantelle called me and made me out as a ****. According to HER photos the plumbers never worked on that section. However the plumbers arrived this morning and found the clamp stripped. They replace it, and when we asked about the damaged shelves, Chantelle turned INCREDIBLY rude and wanted to lodge another claim!!!! If the didn't make a mess on the 6th, there wouldn't have been damage to our shelves. I think it's just fair that Natchan Plumbing replace that shelves. I've never heard of a supplier that is that rude like Chantelle.

Never use Natchan Plumbing again
