Worst company in the country

Nashua Westrand is AGAIN not even managing what they charge for. I have to pay R1 610 to have my copier / printer moved, yet they have now been struggling to do this for the past 3 days without explanation or update. I have to continuously phone or email. It is impossible to do business if you are in a contract with Nashua Westrand. For the past 2.5 years, while I am tied up in a contract with them for a copier / printer, I have experienced nothing but frustration, pathetic attitudes from their staff (including management) and lack of any service level. My printer / copier for which my account is nearly R4000 monthly was not functioning properly again for the last 1.5 months. In the past 2.5 years (fortunately my contract is up in 6 months) I must have had at least 5 months (in total) in which my machine was not working but yet I had to pay.
