Worse Service Provider

This is the worse service provider ever. We are currently in a 6 year contract with them. Every 6 months we have issues with our internet, when we call them for assistance they take forever to assist. We have a call centre and provide a 24 hour service to our clients so when we don’t have internet we can provide a service. Today we were off line from 1pm until now, I called our account manager about 4 times in a space of 30 minutes and he says he will call me back in 2 minutes and never calls me back. They send a fail over around 6pm and only to our surprise the fail over doesn’t work. Then they say they can’t do anything and now we just have to accept their poor service and we loose productivity and money. This is the worse service provider ever. Will never ever take another service from them. We pay them circa 27k per month for this poor service.
