Still Waiting on refund After numerous phone calls

Accidentally **** a payment into Nashua Mobile's account on 19th of December 2014 and after contacting them, first their support desk then Rafilwe whome put me in touch with Shadrack whom rep**** that my request was send through, then after 2 weeks again I spoke to Shahida Ferreira at support desk on the 18th of February 2015. and every time I had to send them prove of payment. I am still waiting.
