So glad they closed down

Nashua Mobile closed in Sept/oct 2014.<br> In nov 2014, they sent out SMS's stating that all accounts can now be paid by your local supplier.<br> Happily I went into Vodacom to make may monthly payment, glad that I didn't have to go into a bank again as I did in Oct. Imagine my absolute astomishment, when all of a sudden in Dec I am being chased for debt.<br> I accepted that yes It could be a mistake from there side, and sent through the proof of payment. It is now April 2015, and I am still being hounded for debt. Their excuse, oh I should have known that paying at Vodacom would only take into effect from Dec.No correspondence to this was ever sent out.<br> I have been in contact with PAUL VENTER, financial Manager, for Nashua,After countless emails, no apology, and their way of justifying this mess up, \you should have googled this."I am now being forced to go into Vodacom and beg them to return the money"
