no understanding and bad service

<p>We got an contract with nashua mobile but never used the sim and then we got a invoice of R13000. So we arrange to pay a R1500 every month but the amount never drop the amount stays the same we can not pay and pay and there is no diffrence in the amount. They keep phoning us and we can not keep paying that is not how it works.</p>
