No refund!

I was not informed by Nashua mobile that my account has been taken over by Altech. I have paid Nashua Mobile R 3200 in the last 2 months as I kept receiving smses whilst I was on holiday stating my account was in arrears and they were going to lock my phone. I eventually found out and got hold of Altech upon my return and paid them a further R 2800 to unlock my phone. They have sent numerous requests to Nashua Mobile to refund me the R 3200 I paid to them but with no success!!! This is insane and surely is highly *******. I want my refund processed urgently by Nashua Mobile!!! I cannot arrange a debit order with Altech until this refund has been processed. My ac no is ***
