No Contract

I tried getting a contract with Nashua Mobile - Gateway Branch in 2012 but they did not have stock so I was placed on a Waiting List. I went and got a contract with someone else as I could not wait, then I went and cancelled my application with Nashua Mobile where I was still on a Waiting List - The store confirmed that my cancelation was finalized successfully as I had not yet signed for accepting the device so my contract was not yet active. A few months passed ans I recieved a bill from them, which I immediately went to question as I had never taken their phone - In the store I was assured this had been a mistake and their system shows I had cancelled without taking the device. Years passed, the company went bankrupt then suddenly I received calls from Collectors on Nashua Mobile's behalf. We are now stuck in a situation where I can't get proof that I never took the phone as the store closed down and the numbers given by the collectors cannot help me - Someone please help as I will not pay for something I cancelled as best I could <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Nashua Communications to Nashua Mobile by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
