Nashua/Vodacom
Nashua Lowveld Blacklisted 2 of my phones incorrectly in July 2014, since then with a lot of phone calls and emails and messages, I am battling to get it sorted out, Nashua Lowveld went over to Cellular for Africa-T/a Vodacom, promising that the phone are Un-blacklisted, but does not work, battling for 7 months, yesterday they have told me that the Un-blacklisting is done but the phones are still not working, I have told them that I want n payback on the phones contract for the months that I can't use it and that they have to replace the 2 phones for me, as per Vodacom they can't because it was a Nashua contract, they got all this before vodacom took Nashua over, this is going on for 7 months and think it is unprofessional and not fare, I am paying my phones every month and can't use it. I spoke to Nashua's managers as well as Vodacom and still nothing
