Nashua Mobile is evil

I am at the end of my rope with Nashua Mobile. They are evil and greedy and trying to ***** money from hard working people. I went to Nashua Mobile in September 2014 to order a new cellphone, filled in my details, gave them permission for credit check, never signed their contract or terms and conditions. Changed my mind the next day, went back to cancel (did not receive the phone yet). They told me 4 days later my cancellation fee is R2017.00. I refused to pay it. Then they told me I would be held responsible for the cost of the hardware as well and came up with the amount of R12 000. Then they sell my \account"to some other group and I must now pay them R12 000. I never received a phone"
