Nashua Mobile - bad service, false promises

Nashua mobile is by far the worst company to deal with. I have had three contracts with Nashua mobile and knock my head each and every time and I am just fed up now.<br> <br> When it was time to upgrade, they kept bugging me.. After about 9 months of endless mail and ref no I ported my numbers to Cell C , Gave them notice 2 times and paying in advance for a service i did not get , because account is soft locked month after month. Account was not sorted after a gazillion mails, phone calls, sms's, faxes moved to Cell C, I offered again to return all and stop this because I am not get any assistance from Nashua. A month later I had it , been very patient , I send my 30 day cancellation again , no feedback from Nashua , except when I send my mail I get a ref no and a day or 2 later they close the call<br> <br> I moved my accounts to Cell C , not effort at all , becuase i wanted to kept my no, now they want to charge me R11k , Lost about R4000 in credit , 3 contracts, addtional expences and a lot of hedaces.
