I called into the Vodacom Pavilion branch to upgrade my contract which expires tomorrow only to be told I cannot do the upgrade because my account has been listed for finance reasons (some 420 or 220 code) and that my credit rating is low but nobody can tell me why. Two years ago when I renewed my contract it was suspended 2 months in a row because of an \administrative error"and I can almost guarantee that whatever was done then has affected my account now. Listing a client without their knowledge and without appropriate grounds to do so is *******! The audacity of these people is unbelievable!!!My account has been paid on time and in full every month since the inception of this contract and I take serious exception to this situation. Its just as well they closed down because *********** does not even begin to describe this organisation and its staff. Vodacom are fast on their way down the same road since they are unable to get me a proper answer to my concern in this regard. """
