HARASSMENT BY STAFF MEMBERS OF NORMAN BISSET

The end October 2014, when Nashua debited my account for the amount of R760.00 was declined as my salary was not in yet in my account. Nashua knew that i was getting paid on the last day of the month. Be that as it may , Stanley Goliath from Nashua called me to say the debit order was reversed and the I need to make payment. I asked Stanley to email me the statement including itemized billing of which he did in the amount of R594.07 I went and pay the amount as per my statement on 20 November 2014. I then email proof of payment to Stanley, after receiving my proof of payment, Stanley immediately contacted me to say that an amount of R166.13 was outstanding. I queried this amount by requesting that they explain to me what was for, but Stanley could not provide an explanation. he kept saying is was for same statement that he emailed me. I went and pay the R166.13 on 26 November 2014. i am tired of being harassed by norman bisset staff members. I keep emailing my proof of payment. PLEASE I need to have a meeting with the Manager regarding this. I am tired of harassment or else i must take the matter further myself. please help
