credited owed to me

My cellphone line has been suspended because I paid nashua mobile instead of Vodacom. I emailed nashua mobile and told them that they need to refund me so that I can pay my vodacom account, for my line to be back on again but yet no response from nashua mobile and now my vodacom credit limit has drop due to nashua mobile negligence. <br> <br> Thanks <br> amelia
