CHARGING ME FOR A DEVICE NEVER RECEIVED

I took out a new contract with nashua mobile last year for a samsung s5 and he gear. the gear was never received and this was confirmed in a mail from Elizma at Nashua the account was handed over to mtn an since opening of the account they are charging me for both devices even though i only have 1 <br> <br> i have made contact with them on numerous occasions and to date nothing has been done. i reverse the istalment every month and just make available to R479.00 instead of R759.00 and now this is reflecting bad on my side as arrears which is not true. this is a ******* i dont see why i must pay for something never received and nobody can give me answer.
