Cellphone installment dispute

<p>My cellphone contract ended in November 2014 with Nashua Mobile. I paid all my installments at the store, (The Pavilion, Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal) except for the last installment which I was asked to pay at Altech Autopage due to the fact that Nashua Mobile closed down. I paid that installment of R380 to Altech Autopage at that time(November 2014).</p> <p>Two weeks ago I received a call saying that I will be blacklisted if I didn't pay an amount of R500 towards the account.
