Breach of Infinity contract

I upgraded my contract last year to the Infinity package with cell c. I was with Nashua Mobile. The consultant offered me the package because I had high phone bills. During the recorded contract she told me I would receive another phone after 12 months. The package included 2 phones to equal value. The contract was taken over by Altec Autopage and I discussed this issue at least 12 times and had spoken to dozens of consultants. Needless to say they don' t get back to you and don't seem to focus on customer service. After sending a very frustrated email. I was called and told it's not available with them. This is the contract that was sold to me, I made a decision based on the two phones. Alternatively I would have taken a Vodacom contract.
