BAD record keeping

Dear Nashua Mobile, <br> <br> I cannot get through to anyone who is in charge so I am writing here, my wife had a contract number from you 7 years ago and it has been paid off 5 years ago, every year when you appoint a new debt collector they seem to think that we owe you money and every year we try to help them by emailing the proof of payments to them, but the records are NEVER updated.<br> <br> This is your last warning, if you dont not update your records, we will be going to the credit ombudsman to report your lack of records keeping and opening a case of harassment against you.<br> <br> Mr. Roberson
