An account that i did not opem

<p>In 2010 I was phoned by consultant from Nashua stating that I opend an account in 2009.I told them I did not open any account.They told me to send them affidavit stating that I knew nothing about it.I did as they told.Since then they keep on calling me may be twice and send me sms telling me thay I owe th.each an every year I go to police tp make an affidavit an It does not help.This thing is worrying me because it also affects my credit profile as I am a bad payer which is no true.May please help by attending this matter immediately</p>
