Very disappointed and disgusting service

Hi good evening I'm a tenant of Narker Properties, Ujala Towers in tokai,I'm living here for almost 3years,and in that 3years I've done most of the maintenance myself,last year December I moved in into a 2 bedroom apartment in the same flat and the condition of the flat was pathetic. My husband and I got together and did most of the the stuff. When we moved in we were told that the house was painted, and they put in new cupboards to our surprise the bathroom ceiling was in such a terrible condition, there was cocraoches all over, we spent our money to spray the place, when mould started building up I reported it to the caretaker who the took out pictures of my window that was not opened due to my children sleeping and we were told that we live very dirty, we don't open windows, whilst the caretaker was taking out the picture my sliding door was open and he even waved at me, the apartment only had 3 windows and we expected to leave the sliding doors open and if we working and it rains what do we do, on Sunday last week my 10year old got stuck in the room when the key broke in the door,my husband and I bother were at work when my 16yr old called to say that the key is broken, when my husband called the caretaker without even coming to see if there is anything he can do he said she must stay till we come which is 19h00 at night, I called the agent who came today to have a look at the apartment which he was a waste of time due to the fact he kept looking for excuses to say that we must our own maintenance as we are renting, then he told me that they are having a meeting tomorrow and it's very likely that I have to pay for the door, as it was our faulf. This is really a disgusting and disappointing feeling knowing that you have to pay such high rental and this is the service you receive. I hope people looking to relocate really make this narker Properties last on their list.
