I can not even give 1 star!! These people are the biggest ********s out. They do zero maintenance they refuse when you ask for breakdowns of their charges. They use your being broken into to claim then do nothing to assist fixing their properties. We have sat for a week with no power our workshop is flooded from the rains and they replay to not a single call or message. We get told by Carl to just got reconnect the municipality boxes - and then get told we are being charged R90 000 fine for touching municipal property. They are the worst worst land lords on the planet - slum lords are even a nice word for them.
