Narker Property Group

Honestly, Narker Property Group doesn’t even deserve the 1 star rating. This has to be thee worst property group you wanna take a lease with. Moved into one of their flats in Cape Town, Paarl in December 2023. No stories or headaches when you bringing business to them, their administration works just fine. But when I moved out, I put in 30 days notice as I should… fast forward 4/6 weeks later I haven’t got my deposit back. They only sent a person to check the flat a week after I moved out, mind you they can’t process the deposit with the inspection. Inspector gives a green light, says everything is in order, Administrator takes their sweet time to process. Promised 14 working days to get the deposit, that doesn’t happen. I get back to the administrator, he says they’re are still deciding on the matter (whether I should get the deposit or not). After I was promised to have it reflected in my account. 4 weeks later, still no deposit and no explanation from the administrator. I’m chasing after him everyday, all he does is bluetick my WhatsApps. My advice, if you want peace and quiet don’t take out a lease with these guys. I haven’t mentioned the lack of maintenance in their flats, you report something today, nothing gets done until you personally get someone else to fix it. At this point I don’t even care about the deposit. They can keep it. If you are reading this review, Don’t make the mistake I made.
