Useless service. Last week Wednesday your techs came by and put a grey lan cable in my wall. No connection to the Vumatel OTN box. I have been emailing your team everyday since with no one assisting me. My fibre was meant to be up on the 1st of October. Please send techs to help me get this sorted. My girlfriends businesses is suffering because of this. I have spent so much money on mobile data
