Really disappointing service

I called Vumatel to fix a faulty installation that their technicians previously did. The fibre is exposed and it is clear that the plastic conduit was installed incorrectly. I called to advise them before the fibre cable gets damaged. I have tried to call numerous times but it goes to their messaging service. Instead of calling me back they send me a quote of R1725 to fix an installation that their installer did not install correctly. The Quote they sent is QUO001928 I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving from Nano Fibre and Vumatel to fix a mistake that Vumatel made.
