My Employment Depends on It!!!!!

After installing my fibre unit, Vumatel had given me the email addresses of 2 of their employee's who would help me with any queries. I then emailed them, asking them to assist me with retrieving a statement for my fibre line as my job is requiring it. They rep**** asking for my address and until today I have heard nothing from them stating how important it is as it concerns my future employment. Extremely disappointed more so the fact that they are females I expect more from them. Very sad
