I am an essential service provider.(Dr.) I need WI-FI to consult with patients. Firstly,the first installation date was yesterday morning. However, they did NOT arrive, did not phone and I was unable to get hold of them on the phone, WhatsAPP or email. Secondly, they arrived this morning, but I STILL DO NOT HAVE WI-FI. ( 8 hours later). I am once again unable to reach Marushka.
