Frustrating as hell

Been trying to have my line reactivated for two weeks They hang up the phone on you when you try call Promise to call back but never do Gave an initial estimate kf 24, to 48 hours to activate installation - 265 hours later nothing done I try reach out daily, in the odd case where they do answer the phone they redirect me to someone and it just goes to voice mail or no answer
