Absolutely pathetic service , I had to wait over 3 weeks to get my fibre installed, today is th due date, I have been trying to call thes guys, you either get put on hold or told that they will call you back, but that never happens, it is not my responsibility to follow up, yet I have been calling all the time but I am unable to speak to anyone and the fail to call back, these guys need to get the correct staff with the correct work ethic before they don't have a business anymore
