Terrible service for fiber installation

Absolutely disgraceful service.

No communication whatsoever as to when fiber would be installed. The installation team randomly arrives at the gate to install one day without any confirmation.

Can't get through to anyone to assist through the call centre. The phones ring endlessly or you are placed on hold for 20 minutes or longer.

Emails are unanswered. Promises of call backs never happen.

Still waiting for when my fiber will be installed. Perhaps when one of the staff decides to answer their phones.

Worst service ever. No wonder anyone chooses to do business with Nano fiber with all the bad reviews.

Metro fiber is so much better as a fiber provider. Nano fiber really could use a crash course from them as to run a business efficiently.

Terrible service. Avoid this company if you can help it.
