Shoddy Service

After chatting to Thabang and explaining our situation with Vumatel. He still refused to slot me in and just brushed me off and tell me they can only install tomorrow. I have tried for 4 successive days calling to get this sorted with Vumatel and he just brushed me off. I guess this is the service we have to expect from a third world company.
