Zero Service
Absolutely pathetic service from Naked. 11 months since I claimed and they did zero action in terms of recovery until I said I would go to the OSTI and are too *********** to pursue it. Months of asking for proof that they are trying recover and I still have nothing. Would not recommend to anyone

Our third party team has confirmed that they have been unable to get in contact with the third party despite multiple attempts through several avenues. We also do want to note that recovery matters can take several months to settle, even in the most clear cut cases. Our team will continue to attempt to contact the third party and hopefully conclude the matter as soon as possible.
