I had a chip on my windscreen and logged a claim. (Mind you I did all of this on the app, I didn’t have to phone anyone). Within 15 minutes I had an email detailing the way forward.

I had the option of having the team come to my home to replace the windscreen. The team was super competent and sorted me out quickly.
