Worst service ever from Naked

I insured my laptop with Naked insurance and now the device is lost and when I claimed they took their time and I ended up buying another laptop before they could approve the claim, now the claim is approved for replacement but I don’t need the laptop anymore because I have purchased another one already and I need cash back but instead I’m being offered Takealot and istore vouchers or a so-called claim card. Furthermore i insured my laptop for R25000 but they want to load R23500-R2000(excess fee)on the voucher or the card when I inquired about this they say that’s the price their supplier sells the laptop for. When insisting to get cash back they now require POP of the laptop I just bought which I feel like it’s none of their Damn business where I got the laptop from as it’s not part of the claim. After being a loyal client and getting such service really is disappointing
