Worst service and most *********** management. You will only end up paying for damages yourself.

Not sure what their deal is. Never been more frustrated with a service provider. This one really takes the cake. This company seems to consist of pure INCOMPETENCE, MISMANAGEMENT and IGNORANCE.

1. Beginning of winter we started a claim as our geyser pipes froze through and started leaking through our roof. Naked sent an emergency service provider to fix the damage. Fine. Thanks Naked!

2. End of winter the pipes started leaking through the roof again. So NAKED sent another emergency service provider to fix the leaking pipes.

We noticed that no repairs were done to the damaged pipes back then - the leaks were merely patched up. So we asked to reopen the previous claim and finish repairing the pipe system.

NOW...

NAKED refused to reopen the original claim saying the new claim is not related and we needed to file a new claim (and pay excess again...)

We explained to them that the original repair company they hired didn't repair the damage and as a result our pipes started leaking again. They sent THREE assessors who all agreed that the previous repair was done badly.

In the end NAKED confirmed that the previous repair job was not done correctly and resulted in new leakage.

HOWEVER

They now rejected our claim saying that the initial service provider was not hired by them but us and therefore they could not take responsibility. Problem is: All service providers involved were hired by NAKED - we never even knew the names of the involved companies.

After an endless exchange of emails with Yanga, Gali, Thami, Rumbi, Khumo or whoever is randomly selected to respond to emails at NAKED they admitted to not knowing who the initial service provider was. Their rejection was based on a statement from one of their assessors who stated that they thought the initial repairs were not managed by NAKED.

These people are incredibly unorganized. Not sure if they even keep files. Their decisions are based on feedback they get from randomly hired service providers.

PLEASE do NOT engage with these people. You will only experience frustration and disappointment and you will end up paying for damages yourself.
