worst service ever...their slogan 'relax we got you covered' should be changed to you need to do the work. had a vehicle towed in to their assessment centre on a flat bed after undercarriage damage, and oil leaking out. after two weeks vehicle was still not sent to a panelbeater and they drove the vehicle for over 50km to another depot, even though the asssesor was made aware not to drive the vehicle. gave them proof of vehicle in motion. even they were unsure who took vehicle and where it was going to. do not recommend them at all.
