Worst insurer ever!!!!
Insurance companies like you are the sole reason why people lie when making a claim. I cannot understand why I'm being sent from pillar to post for such a simple claim. Insisting I get a police report even though ive stated numerous times that no accident occurred!!! Your agents responses are so vague it's beyond infuriating

22 Oct 2025, 09:58Instead of being insisted with a towtruck, the tow truck department then transfers me to the claim department completely ignoring my safety issue!!

I understand this might be an extra step, however, for any incident that occurs on a public road, we are required to have an official record of the event. This record must accurately detail the incident location, date, time, and a factual account of what occurred.
