Worst insurance ever
Changed from FNB insure to Naked . Signing up easy, them collecting my money easy. Yesterday my geyser burst call them as the app wasn’t working easy. This morning I follow up with them because I never heard anything . They tell me to load the claim via the app which I done . Then they tell me I did not take cover for the geyser so it’s not covered. . Not once while signing up did anyone say anything about take “ geyser booster” pathetic service I will cancel all 3 my policies and move to another provider.
FYI my water has been running non stop for a day . So I’m out of pocket for a geyser and the water that has gone to waste
