The worst insurance ever!!!!

I lodged my claim at the beginning of December for my building that was hit by a storm and I have been running after them till today to fix the damage all I get is excuses and apologies.

Thay have since attended to my claim and they came to a conclusion that.they will cover part of the damages due to maintenance issues which the same excuse they have previously used on the previous claim which I did fixe from my own pocket and have invoices for it.

What broke the camels back is their claim outcome only willing to settle only R10K after waiting for 2 months mind you there has been more damages due to more heavy rains and them dragging their feet to settle my claim.

I asked for breakdown of material and labour to justify their settlement figure and they refused.

I am so disappointed and I regret for leaving Santam.

I am about to warn everyone on social media to stay away from Naked/Hollard .

They sell you insurance online in less than 2 minutes but the service is **** I should have known better because that was red a flag on its own but i wanted to give them a chance.

Worst insurance ever they didn't even appoint a contractor to do repairs because they are trying to cut corners.

I am being taken for a ride.
