Worst insurance company - the real Naked truth

absolute bad service received , they put a front out to say there so good , but when it comes to claiming they feed you lies and make you run around , the only time you get feedback is when you call them , I had an incident on the 26th of June 2023 and did everything they asked for , I was then sent a email saying an assessor will be out on the 30th to check my vehicle has it was not drivable , a whole week went by and no calls nothing ii then call the assessor Rendani whom tell me oh apologies ill try and get someone to take the vehicle away the next day , at this stage I'm already frustrated with the terrible service , I asked him if I can have another service center close to me fetch the vehicle , no where did anyone tell me their fine details , they refuse to pay the full amount of damages , my car is still not with me has they have found a few things that's also damaged , they work terribly , and very unprofessional , even their staff send your wrong documents on three occasions I received other clients personal information , address and value of their items , I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone in two days it will be a month withowt my car . Jeff , Daniel and Shaheen have been no help to me yet choose to safe guard their employees for their mistakes , I have all proof all proof , their staff did not pitch up to check my car and sort out now i have to suffer for no training done to their staff , never had this problem with my previous insurance company.
