Worst insurance company - Naked

This is the worst insurance company. I have sent over 10mails about a claim, all they respond with - your claim is being validated. on the e-mails it asks if you would liked to be called - rep**** yes - no ****en response. Just a mail coming back - your claim has been updated. Lodged this 2 weeks back - nothing. just useless. had to fix everything out of my own pocket.
