Worst Experience - Nice premiums, but at a cost!

We were involved in an accident where another driver hit us. After paying the excess, we followed up to find out when we would be reimbursed. We were then informed that Quest(Who recovers the funds for them) could not recover the funds from the third party. It turns out the representative I dealt with failed to provide Quest with the correct information. She didn’t even bother giving them the necessary insurance details to recover the funds. In the end, you pay for their service but end up doing the work yourself!
