WORST EXPERIENCE!
DO NOT GO TO NAKED, THEY ARE THE WORST WITH CLAIMS. WORST APP EXPERIENCE. Claiming is a NIGHTMARE. Inefficient. Disaster. Firstly, you can't get a hold of anyone to query anything. They don't reply to online queries. There is no urgency or understanding of the client and the situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. APP IS ALWAYS DOWN OR UNDER MAINTENANCE. HAD TO PAY AN EXCESS OF R5000 JUST FOR A BUMP ON MY CAR AFTER PAYING MY INSURANCE EVERY MONTH FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS. SO ANNOYED!!!
