Won’t be using them again
Found the process really slow compared to other insurance companies that I have used. Also don’t like being forced to get a claims card. Sometimes these are really not ideal.

Our tech support team has confirmed that you submitted a claim on the fourth and we authorised it on the sixth. They've also settled your claim with a Takealot voucher instead of a claims card. 24 Nov 2020, 10:44Well I submitted a claim (related to this one) to Outsurance on the 4th and it was authorised on the 4th. Pineapple is also quick.
