Wonderful Experience

I was only signed up with Naked insurance for about 7 months and unfortunately i had an accident in the month of May. I was assigned a lady by the name of Londiwe Makhubu to deal with my claim and she was excellent.. Very informative, understanding and patient with me. She updated me on my claim almost every single day and responded to my emails within a few hours. Very efficient and helpful. Thr whole process was sorted out under a month, everything is done on the app or via email so yoi dont get continuously harassed with phone calls thriugh out the day... I am confident enough to say that with my next vehicle purchase, i will definitely be insuring my car with Naked Insurance 😁😁
