Windscreen nightmare turned to delight by Naked

The back windscreen of my Mazda Cx5 completely shattered after an incident with a tree on the side of the road. I immediately did a claim on the Naked app, took pictures, and recorded a short description of the incident. Within the day the claim was approved. Glass Group then contacted me to make an appointment to fit the glass. Within 2 days it was ready! The glass was fit after some technical issues were ironed out. Unfortunately that night the glass shattered when I was closing the drivers door. Freak accident! I immediately notified Naked and Glass Group. Fast forward to Friday the next week the guys came to my home and fit the glass perfectly. There was alot of frustrations along the way but I'm really happy with daily communication from Naked and updates from Glass Group. And to have 2 glass fittings within a week is just an amazing testament to the efficiency of Naked Insurance and glass Group durban. Thanks to Tamika from Naked and Geran from Glass Group.
