Windscreen claim - Great service :)

I would just like to commend Naked Insurance on the swift and professional service received with my recent windscreen claim. I submitted the claim on Monday 19 Oct, on their app in under 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, I had already received approval of my claim and by the end of the day, a friendly service provider had contacted me to book my windscreen replacement for Wednesday 21 Oct. My windscreen was replaced in the comfort of my work parking lot this afternoon as promised.

The service provider initially made an error with my excess amount, but because I had made an email enquiry prior to submitting my claim, which was also answered swiftly, I was able to alert them of their error. They corrected it immediately.

Very happy with the savings I've made since I joined, and with the great service I've received. Would definitely recommend.
