While their app and concept is great, over reliance on AI ‘Rose is always Right’ is a major flaw in their system. The updated premium for my move was ridiculous, especially since I was leaving the area due to crime and the new location was much safer. Customer care DON’T care, they just say ‘Rose is right’/she know best and are downright dismissive. I have moved across to Budget Insurance, who offer a more human touch, better coverage and more competitive premium
